Remote Assistance is a way in which our Support Team here at TransTel can provide remote support over the Internet. We can take control of your PC and troubleshoot for you.

When you intiate remote support our support team will be notified of your remote assistance request. A Support Member will then initiate a chat window for communications with you.

You can disconnect an active remote support session at any time you like and because you initiated the connection, you have all the power. In addition because the program is loaded into memory, once the session is closed, there is nothing left to do. You can be assured that no one can enter you computer once the session has closed- not even us- and only you decide when any new remote support sessions are started in the future.

To initiate remote support click on the 'Launch Now' link on the right-hand side of the homepage or click here now. The following message will be displayed- click 'Run'.

A second message will appear as shown below- click 'Run' again.

The TransTel Remote Support application will then run and automatically connect to one of our support team as shown below.

You can monitor the status of your connection using the balloon pop-ups in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen as shown below.

You can stop the remote support at any time by right-clicking the icon and selecting 'Close'.
